Position Title: Evidence Support Specialist

Location: Austin, TX 78701

Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment Length: 6 months (Potential to extend)

Pay Rate: $21.33/hour W2


Position Summary:

The role will be approximately 80% focused on Evidence Support responsibilities and 20% on Fulfillment (Floater) duties. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of administrative, customer service, and data entry experience and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.


Primary Responsibilities

Evidence Support (80%)

  • Prepare and send out evidence documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for evidence handling.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues in documentation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all evidence and sensitive records.

Fulfillment Floater (20%)

  • Process filings and document orders with state agencies.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Support multiple departments as needed with administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to team meetings and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform general data entry and order processing duties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or document processing.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and general office software.
  • Excellent attention to detail in reviewing and preparing materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
